We roast our own specialty coffee and care about every step, from the green bean to the cup. Expect clean, balanced coffees, seasonal beans and a bar team that knows their stuff.

The Roastery
We roast our coffee in-house, in small batches, and keep it fresh.
Our Giesen roaster is part of the everyday rhythm at Teddy’s. You can smell the coffee before you see it.
